What is nur (light) but kitab (book) and what is book but nur? This is a circular statement and I have come here and begged the leaders here to let me talk to you about nur (light).

I used to get my bread from the mosque but now I get from Maula Ali.

I have come here to say I take my food (rizq) from Ali and I will go to Lahore and keep saying it again. I take my rizq from Ali but Ali might say he takes his rizq from Allah, I don’t care because I take the bread from Ali.

A cleric who had come wearing the shalwar of his younger brother and shirt of his elder brother said to me, ‘Have you gone crazy saying you take your bread from Ali?’ I said, ‘If the Prophet PBUH could take his two children (Hasan and Husain) from the doorstep of Ali, why can’t take my bread from him?’

They say if you ask from the doorstep of Ali it is shirk (sharing Allah with someone else.) We ask for bread from Ali and people feel bad about it but the Prophet PBUH can ask for sons from Ali? I don’t only read sentences from books; I also read people’s faces. Who sits on his prayer mat and mouths the name Ali and who actually believes in Ali. A Maulvi said to me, ‘I know you go to Shia gatherings’. I said this is not enough, there is more. I take my bread from the door of Ali. He said the only giver of bread is Allah. I asked if Ali was not able to give. He said yes. I said have you reads Kaukab Nuri a Shia book? He said yes. I said go home and read where it says that Ali is the divider of Heaven and Hell. Ali who decides the share of Heaven and Hell, can’t he give bread?

Forget about bread, think of nur and the book. What is the Book? It is accepted that nur is before the book. There is one nur (light) which is that of the eyes; and the other is that which is outside the eyes. The Book needs both.

The Book is not enough. If there is no nur the Book is of no use. The nur before the Book is the person of the Prophet PBUH but the Prophet PBUH said, ‘I and Ali are one nur.’ Thus the nur of Allah is half the Prophet PBUH and half Ali. One is the light of prophethood and the other is the nur of imamate.

These two nurs are before the Book. Now I am going to say something. People might think that I said this because I was paid Rs 25-30 thousand to please the Shias. But if I am saying all this to please the Shias then may this ground split and I be buried alive.

But if I say what I have said to please the Prophet PBUH and his family then my Hereafter will be bright. The final word is: The Book needs nur but the nur does not need the Book, and without the nur there is no Book.
